Our plan is to offer a team for all interested players but after the pandemic, there are lots of limitations holding things back.  As a result, depending on the number of interested players, most teams will have tryouts.  We believe in having at least 12 and in some cases the maximum allowable 15 players on a team to ensure the team is able to compete all season.  Team selection is dependent on many factors, not just playing ability - some of that factors include coach-ability, hard work, effort, and the ability to learn the mental side of the game.

• STEP 1 - Review the Tryout Information for the Birth year of your son/daughter listed below.  There are a minimum of 3 tryout dates with the possibility of a 4th date (if needed).
• STEP 2 - REGISTER below for the Fall/Winter Rep Team Tryout.  The cost to attend the try-outs is either

• We ask all players to attend all 3 tryouts, but a MINIMUM of 2 tryouts is IDEAL to attend to be seriously considered for a Rep team.  However, if a player can ONLY make 1 tryout, we will take that into consideration.
• JUST FYI - The more tryouts, the better the chance to make the team 
• STEP 3 - If your son/daughter is selected for a Rep Team, you will need to complete the Rep Team Registration (sent to you directly upon your selection to the team), and submit your full payment or payment plan to ensure your player remains in good standings to participate for our Rep Team.

After the pandemic, the cost of sports programming is constantly going up. Please note the following ...

• BWT is NOT A CHARITY.  We are a registered non-profit that DOES NOT have company sponsorship nor financial donors to subsidize the cost of Rep Teams programming costs.  
• The ever-increasing costs of sports programming, combined with the fact that we PAY all of our coaches (and their related rep travel, accommodation & food expenses explains why our costs are slightly above the market rate. 
• PLEASE NOTE - BWT pays its coaches.  Most Rep teams DO NOT PAY THEIR COACHES.
• We also work to ensure coaches are certified and trained which requires our Rep program costs to be higher than other clubs.   
• Be careful of promises made (by other organizations).  Do your due diligence to learn and do not assume anything when information is missing from websites.  Lots of clubs promise many things and never come through.  
• We plan to provide what we commit to and this differentiates us from other clubs that make promises but then fail to meet expectations.

Please Note - Previous BWT Players who have a BWT Silver/White/Black Reversible Jersey are eligible for a $10.00 Refund once the player has been selected for a Rep Team.  When doing your registration for the Team Fees, parents MUST enter HAVEBWTJERSEY to receive the $10.00 discount off your Rep Team Player Registration Fees.  Please note, we do not have the resources to go back and correct missing discounts.
