Mens Corp. W16 Finals
Stikeman Elliot and Wealth Simple emerge victorious!
The 2016 Men's Corporate Division came to an end as Stikeman Elliot defeated Northbridge 55-41 in the Division 1 finals, while Wealth Simple won 43-32 against KidCo Hoops in Division 2.
Both games were ones to watch. In the Division 2 finals, Wealth Simple were the favourites as the 1st seed. But the difference was at the free-throw line where they shot 75% as opposed to their opponents, KidCo Hoops, who shot 25%. Meanwhile, in the Division 1 finals, Stikeman Elliot's cinderella story had a happy ending as the 5th seed won with great passing, as they had 16 assists and fast hands with 4 steals.
Congratulations to Jason Brooks of Stikeman Elliot and Sam Boateng of Wealth Simple for winning the MVP Award in their respective games. Brooks finished with 14 points, 7 rebounds & 4 assists, while Boateng had 11 points, 5 rebounds & 6 assists. Well done gentleman!
