BWT Youth Summer Camps offered boys and girls a high quality basketball setting to learn and develop their skills in the game of basketball. The goal of the camps was to focus on teaching the core fundamental skills required to play basketball. The camps consisted of daily training sessions, practice sessions, small competitions and games to help each camper with their own development. Over 60 campers participated in these high energy and exciting camps, learing all areas of the game including defense, conditioning, footwork, dribbling, ball handling, and shooting. Thanks to all of the coaches and participants this summer.​

On Saturday, March 16th, Basketball World Toronto and Foot Locker House of Hoops joined with Nike to present the Gamechangers Skills Academy at Ryerson University's Mattamy Athletic Centre. The event was a stunning success, as young athletes from the Harbourfront Community Centre, as well as young athletes from all around the city of Toronto dropped in to hone their games through fundamental skill development.  Basketball World Toronto organized a set of all-around fundamental skill training sessions, with expert coaches:  These coaches along with the many BWT helpers helped guide the over 50 young athletes to a better understanding of the game of basketball.
