Now that All-Star Weekend 2019 is over and done with, Basketball fans across the globe can now start looking forward to the second half of the season. Intense playoff races in both the East and West, Thursday, February 21st cannot come any sooner. However, for us Canadian basketball fans who support the Raptors, we have something special to look forward to on Friday, February 22nd when the Dinos get back on the hardwood for the first time since the break. After the controversial swap of DeMar DeRozan for Kawhi Leonard, Raptor fans across Canada have been eyeing the date when DeMar makes his return to Toronto as a member of the opposing team. While the occasion will be sad due to a variety of reasons which include how the trade went down and how DeMar who put his loyalty, heart, and soul into the city is arguably the greatest Raptor of all time, fans in attendance at Scotia Bank Arena will undoubtedly give him a standing ovation after a ceremonial video will be played on the jumbotron. 

As for the game itself, it should be an interesting one as DeRozan will look to have a career night and bury his former team who he claims to have backstabbed him. On the other side, the Raptors will be looking to tie the season series against the Spurs and remain in the win column as they continue to chase the Bucks for first place in the East.
