Let's Go Raptors!

Raptors Put Up Impressive Win Against Warriors

With the record of NBA-best 23-7 through 30 games and the impressive blowout against the Warriors on the 12th, our home team, Toronto Raptors, just took a massive step towards establishing themselves as a legitimate contender for the NBA title.

In the Wednesday game against Golden State Warriors, the Raptors led 57-41 at half. After the half, they kept pushing. Even as the Warriors were trying to position themselves for a fourth-quarter surge, Fred VanVleet snuck in for a steal on Kevin Durant and the whole team took a handful of sharp plays that helped the Raptors maintain a healthy 15-point cushion with 12 minutes to play.

Even though being undermanned, with Valanciunas leaving the game due to a thumb dislocation and Leonard - the team's leading scorer - missing the game due to his sore hip, Toronto Raptors had other plans as Lowry, Ibaka, Green, and other team members played hard and well. They finished with a blowout of 113 - 93 over the Warriors.

"They're not up-and-coming. They're here." - as Kevin Durant praised in an interview after watching the game.

The Raptors play well as a game, we didn't skip a beat. and we're sending an important message, and giving credit to all the fans who have been believing and supporting the team.

All of us at Basketball World Toronto are in awe as our team proved their strength and stability as they challenged the Warriors like few teams can, and we will keep rooting for the team as they're making great progress and working towards the NBA title.
