Basketball World Toronto's Summer League 2014 wrapped up this past Sunday August 24th, 2014 at Ryerson Mattamy Athletic Centre.  The finals were a matchup of arch rivals and #1 seed, the Heat vs. the #2 seed Triumph

The game had the makings of a BWT classic as both teams were evenly matched.  The Heat were led by #6 Tyrone Mattison and #12 Eugene Kotorobai while Triumph were led by #8 Jamaal Fyffe and his balanced supporting cast.  At the half, Triumph led 34-28.  But in the second half, it was the Heat who built a comeback and consistently attacked the defense of Triupmh.  As the final second wound down, the Heat edged out Triumph 63-61 to take Basketball World Toronto's Summer League 2014 - Elite Division Championship.

Playoff & Finals MVP was #6 Tyrone Mattison from the Heat who finished with 22 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists.
