Basketball World Toronto's Men's Elite Fall 2013 Championship Game was played on Sunday December 15, 2013 at Ryerson University, Mattamy Homes Athletic Centre on the Main Court (Old Maple Leaf Gardens).  The game featured the #1 seed iBall vs. the #3 seed Magna Carta.  

The game was a great matchup between two of the top teams this season in BWT's Men's Elite Division. iBall was led by their dynamic shooting combo of Gary Correia #2 (24 points) and Matt Kokish #11 (14 points) combined with their inside game from Patrick Tatham #12 (12 points) and Iffy Ehirim #15 (8 points). Magna Carta were led by Panyin Kyei #3 (21 points) and Sean Seivwright #5 (14 points) as the two scored easily from inside and outside the arc.  In the first quarter, iBall jumped out to a big lead 18-10 and led at the half 30-27.

In the second half it was much of the same, but Magna Carta did a great job of keeping it close and turning defense into offense with great inside play from Mitch Gudgeon #12 (14 points).  In the fourth quarter, iBall pulled away hitting outside three pointers and locking in on defense. Although Magna Carta kept it close most of the game, iBall was just too strong shooting the ball and sealed the win on free thorws in the last minute of the game as they took Basketball World Toronto's Fall 2013 Men's Elite Division Title 80-70. The MVP of the game was iBall's Patrick Tatham #12 as he finished the game with 12 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 blocks.
