Basketball World Toronto has created a new initiative whereby we would like to thank and appreciate our valuable and hard-working coaches. We will be awarding two Coach of the Season appreciation awards to one veteran and one rookie coach. As a veteran coach, the coach will have worked at least 4 seasons, meanwhile, a rookie coach has been with BWT coaching for less than 4 seasons.

With all of that being said, BWT would like to congratulate our Veteran and Rookie Youth Coaches of the Season Winners: Jason Tang and Tashkin Ahmed!

Our Veteran Coach of the Season, Jason, has been with BWT since May 2016 and has worked with our Youth Competitive Program along with our BWT Rebels Team. He takes pride in his role as a coach and is exceptionally credible, respectful, and committed to seeing his participants improve their skills.

Tashkin, our Rookie Coach of the Season, has been instrumental in the development of our Jr. NBA and Skill Development programs over the last 2 seasons and is constantly providing positive energy to the kids while motivating them to compete to their best degree.
