Important Dates

  • Registration Opens - Monday, February 24th, 2025
  • Early Bird Deadline - Monday, April 7th, 2025
    • ALL TEAMS Save $150 on your TEAM REGISTRATION if you PAY IN FULL by the Early Bird Deadline.  The discount is automatically applied at checkout if completed by 11:59 pm on Monday. April 7th, 2025 to receive the discount. (excludes 3X3)
    • INDIVIDUALS - Save $50 on your REGISTRATION.  Early Bird price is automatically applied at checkout as long as registration is done by 11:59 pm on Monday, April 7th, 2025 (excludes 3X3).
  • REGISTRATION DEADLINE - Monday, May 5th, 2025
  • Programs Start - Week of May 11-17th, 2025
  • Programs End - August 2025

3X3 Program Overview

  • 8 Weeks of games + 1 Playoff Week.
  • Each team will play 2 games EACH WEEK. Thus the time commitment is 2 x 20-minute game slots.  After week 2, BWT will consider more than 1 division if possible and try to best re-align based on fit for all teams. 
  • Each Game Time Slot is 20 Minutes.  But the game is first to 21 Points or 0 mins maximum. long.  5 Minute Warm-Up
  • Min. 3 - Max. 5 players per team.  No Coaches.
  • No officials.  Players will self-officiate.  BWT will help supervise.
  • Players will receive a BWT T-shirt (if they are returning with their BWT Jersey, they will use those).  If need be, teams will use pinnies to differentiate shirt colour.
  • Online scores, action shots, and team photos. 
  • Prizes for champions
  • All players must review BWT's Adult Rules & Regulations before playing.

THURSDAY DIVISION

  • Game Night: Thursday evenings 
  • Game TImes: 6:00 - 10:00 pm
  • Locations (All May be Used) 
  • League Dates
    • FREE Agent Run: Monday, May 5th, 2025
    • League Starts: Thursday, May 15th, 2025
    • Ends: August 2025 (for teams that qualified for playoffs)

    • Please note: Some teams may be required to play one (1) or more doubleheaders or play on another night to make up the game.

Additional Notes

  • Game Times -  We will work to keep the game times as consistent as possible each week but we CANNOT guarantee the same game time each week.
  • Team Assignment - Individual players will be assigned to teams and we will post their game times closer to the start of the season.
  • Changes / Adjustments - Locations/days/times are subject to change depending on the final number of players. We will do our best to remain on the same day and at the current location, but we cannot make any guarantees.
