CAUTION: Fire inside

Upon unveiling the new Jordan Brand sponsored NBA All-Star game jerseys, Nike And Jordan also gave us a sneak peek at some of the kicks that sponsored players will be wearing specifically for the game. Additionally, Nike has also unveiled All-Star related shoes for off-court wear that tie back to Michael Jordan’s basketball career.

Beginning with the limited edition shoes that will be worn on the court during the 2019 All-Star game, we have the newest colouway of Russell Westbrook’s Jordan Why Not Zer0.2, nicknamed as ‘Own the Game’.

Paul George will also be getting a limited edition All-Star shoe. This variation of the PG3 is titled as the ‘ACG’. The shoe is also stated to be outdoor friendly in addition to being useable on the hardwood.

As we have seen Nike collaborate with popular streetwear brands such as Supreme and Off-White in the past, this next shoe should not come as a surprise. For Kyrie Irving, Nike has collaborated with the LA streetwear company known as ROCKIT on a new neon variation of the Kyrie 5.

For the past decade, Kevin Durant has been honouring his late aunt with a pink rendition of each of his signature shoes. For the All-Star game, Nike has collaborated with the Kay Yow Cancer Fund to feature 59 cancer survivors by putting their names along the different soles of this KD 11.

In this Air Jordan 33 ‘Own the Game”, Jordan brand utilizes a primary colour of silver that which depicts stars, as well as red and blue detailing along the tongue of the sneaker that gives off Eastern and Western conference vibes.

One of the off-court shoes created for All-Star weekend is the Air Jordan 5 ‘Laney’ the name and colourway give homage to Laney High School where Michael did not make the varsity team during his sophomore year. This shoe should remind everyone to never give up on their dreams.

It would not be an All-Star weekend without a pair of Air Jordan 1’s. These ‘UNC’ patent rendition of the Air Jordan 1’s are a total homage to The University of North Carolina, where Michael Jordan played college basketball and repped the university's white and light blue colours

With the All-Star Game being held in Charlotte, where Michael Jordan is the owner of the Hornets, there had to be more than one pair of J’s that throwback his collegiate days. Here we have the Air Jordan 9 “All-Star” also utilizes the University of North Carolina’s colour scheme.

While the Air Jordan 1 'Turbo Green' does not possess any real hidden meanings, they are still a fun and cool version of the classic kicks. They give off somewhat of a revered Chicago and Tiffany vibe. An interesting touch is the purple laces and yellow/purple Nike Air sign which without a doubt refer to the Hornets.

Since the All-Star game is all about flashiness, Nike and Jordan Brand took a hot take on this edition of the Air Jordan 6 nicknamed ‘Cow Fur’. Using the farm animals' fur on the upper lining, an alligator styled pattern on the sides, and a translucent bottom really puts this shoe out there.

One of the most classic Air Jordan 6’s makes a return just in time for the NBA’s biggest party. The 'Infrared' 6’s are being re=released with the classic Nike Air and swoosh on the back heel as opposed to the Jumpman. This will undoubtedly be one of the hottest sneakers of the year thus far.
