Are you an Individual Player? Do you need a Team to Play On?
All individual participants who do not have a team are required to Register, Pay in Full & Attend the Individual Free Agent Run. Players will meet other individuals in the league and play some free agent run pickup games to allow BWT to divide up players onto teams.

- Time - 7:15- 8:45PM
- Location - Marshall McLuhan Catholic Secondary School
- Special Notes - Please bring a dark and light shirt, no officials.
- Free Agent Run Cost - $5.00 per player (cash only)
- League Cost - All individual players are required to register for the league & pay in full as this will be the final time for individuals to register for the league.
- Team Size - Please note that all individual teams will plan to have 10 or more players on the team
- Registration - All players coming to the Free Agent Run MUST register for the League IN ADVANCE by following the link below.
- Please note we only accept online payment for Individual registrations.

Registration Deadlines & Important Dates
- Registration opens - Friday, November 9th, 2018
- Receive a free pair of shoes for registering your team (Captains only) deadline - Friday, December 7th, 2018 at 11:59 pm (PAYMENT IN FULL IS REQUIRED)
- REGISTRATION DEADLINE - Friday, January 4th, 2019 at 11:59 pm (afterward registration is first come, first serve)
- Reserve your team spot- Place a $500 non-refundable deposit required
- Winter 2019 Season Starts
- Tuesday, January 8th, 2019
- League Ends - Mid April 2019

Selection Process:
- Player is selected based on stat line which includes a combination of total points, assists, steals, blocks and rebounds
- Decision is subject to game results
- To be fair to all participants BWT will distribute the awards amongst as many players as possible in one season.
Please note that the goal of this award is to recognize players for their performance and garner excitement for the league however there is to be no disputes of BWT's selection process, as this is a bonus to complement our league. (If you have any questions please contact the office directly.)

Team Referral Discount - Refer a NEW team to BWT and receive a $100 (Men's Elite, Comp, Corporate), $50 (Men's Rec, Women's Comp & Rec, Co-Ed) or $25 (3X3) discount off your own team fees. For more information, please review BWT's Terms and Conditions below.
Individual Referral Discount - Refer an individual to BWT and receive $25 (Men's Elite, Comp, Corporate), $15 (Men's Rec, Women's Comp & Rec, Co-Ed) or $10 (3X3) for each individual who signs up. For more information, please review BWT's Term's Conditions below.

- E-MAIL MONEY TRANSFER (EMT) - Please send all e-mail money transfers to mreio@bwt.ca using the password of basketball
- CREDIT CARD - Only Visa or Mastercard are accepted.
- Credit Card Security - All card information is submitted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer - the gold standard for transmitting data online) to our 3rd party gateway providers. No card information is stored within the registration platform itself.
- PLEASE NOTE - PROCESSING FEES
- All team payments are subject to a $250 Non-Refundable Processing Fee.
- All individual payments are subject to a $25 Non-Refundable Processing Fee - EVEN if we cannot find a space on a team for you, have no individual spaces in a division or the league does not run as the $25 Processing Fee is for attempting to find a team for you to play on.
