Camp Information

Basketball World Toronto's Camp offer boys and girls a high-quality basketball setting to learn and develop their skills in the game of basketball. The goal of the camps will be to focus on teaching the core fundamental skills required to play basketball. The camp will consist of daily training sessions, practice sessions, small competitions and games to help each camper with their own development. In this high energy and exciting camp, players will be trained in all areas of the game including defense, conditioning, footwork, dribbling, ball handling, and shooting.

Is participating in our weeklong March Break Camp not enough basketball for you? Are you looking for something more? If so, there is no need to worry, you will receive a free Raptors 905 ticket for the game on Thursday, March 14th, 2019 at Scotiabank Arena!      


Camp Details

  • Full days of high quality basketball training, conditioning, strength training and concepts
  • 9:00AM-3:30PM
  • Drop Off anytime after 8:30am
  • Pick Up is from 3:30-3:45pm (please note that we must be out of the gym by 4:00pm)
  • Boys and/or Girls Aged 8-13+
  • Basketball Ontario trained Learn 2 Train & FUNdamental Trained Instructors
  • Camp t-shirts provided for each registered participant
  • Individual Player Performance evaluation
  • Training sessions emphasize the development of core fundamental basketball skills

Lead Coach

Jason has been playing recreational basketball ever since the Raptors came into the NBA. He graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelors of Health Science degree with aspirations to go into social work.

Valentina Colucci

Assistant Coach

Valentina is currently attending York University and specializing in Human Rights and Equity Studies. Valentina started playing basketball at 12 years old and started coaching with various organizations shortly after including Special Olympics where she has developed a passion for coaching.

Hi, my name is Declan and I have been playing basketball since the age of 8. While I have been playing on the BWT rep team for 4 years, I am also heavily engaged in other sports such as baseball and football.

Among other sports, I started playing basketball at a very young age, and continue to play to this day. As part of BWT, I have played in many of their house league seasons in addition to their rep team. Looking forward to this volunteering opportunity.

Starting in the Skills Development program two years ago, I am now playing on the Rep team where I am able to showcase all the fundamentals I have learned. My favourite basketball player is Lebron James.
