• CREDIT CARD PAYMENT METHODS - BWT only accepts Visa or Mastercard only.
  • PLEASE NOTE - For those individuals whose fees are being paid by a third party (i.e. Ready Set Play, KidSport, Jumpstart, Social Services, etc) your registration will not be affected.  Please select OFFLINE payment.  If an OFFLINE option is not listed, please contact youth@bwt.ca for more information.
  • Credit Card Security - All card information is submitted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer - the gold standard for transmitting data online) to our 3rd party gateway providers.  No card information is stored within the registration platform itself.  We use three gateway providers: Authorize.net, PayPal and Pay Flow Pro.
• PLEASE NOTE - ADMINISTRATIVE / PROCESSING FEES
  • All youth payments are subject to a $25 + HST + Non-Refundable Processing Fee - EVEN if we are not able to run a division as this fee is for attempting to build a division with all participants.
  • PLEASE NOTE - The non-refundable processing fee is iN ADDITION to the Refund Processing Fee which is applied ONLY assuming the request for refund conditions are done BY THE DAY BEFORE the registration deadline. Please see the Terms & Conditions tab for more details on BWT's refund policy.
