We are so excited to announce that we have been selected to engage in the pilot initiative between Ontario Basketball (OBA) and the Canadian Association for the Advancement of Women in Sport (CAAWS) that will work to refine the "SAME GAME" model that is a new tool to help organizations systematically analyze their organization to ensure gender equity actions become embedded in overall organization planning.

Over the next 8 months, Basketball World Toronto will be following a six-step process while providing feedback to the OBA and CAAWS to improve and benefit the Canadian sport system.
