• All players are asked to review and abide by BWT's RULES & REGULATIONS.

BWT will be organizing an Individual Draft Time. All individual participants are required to to come out register, meet other players in the league and play some draft pick up games to allow BWT to organize any individual's teams.

TEAM REGISTRATION FORM: Each team captain must complete the TEAM ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM. In addition, all players must complete a Payment Information/Waiver Form before playing in any warmup or game.

INDIVIDUALREGISTRATION FORM: Each Player must complete INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REGISTRATION FORMand complete the Payment Information/Waiver Form

Reserve your team's spot in BWT's Winter 2011 League by placing a $250 non-refundanble deposit anytime after Monday March 14th, 2011. The team's Registration Fees will then need to be paid by the Registration Deadline. (See below for deadlines and amounts)

Reserve your team's spot in BWT's Summer League 2011 AND order 10 customized jerseys for your team by placing a $500 non-refundable deposit by Friday April 8th, 2011. The team's Registration Fees will then need to be paid by the Registration Deadline. (See below for deadlines and amounts)

NEW TEAMS:

- $1450 + HST = $1638.50 + Bond Fee ($150 Credit Card Deposit) - maximum of 10 players. Payment comes in the following format - $1000.00 by the Registration deadline and $638.50 due by Sun. May 29th (all Men's Divisions). PAYMENT PLAN ONLY APPLIES TO NEW TEAMS.

- PLEASE NOTE - any new team that has not paid in full by the deadlines listed above in the payment plan are subject to a $50 penalty per instance.

- EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT (NEW TEAMS ONLY) - Save $50 if you pay in full by Monday April 18th, 2011. The total team fees will be $1588.50 + Bond Fee ($150 Credit Card Deposit).

RETURNING BWT TEAMS:

- RETURNING TEAM DISCOUNT - FULL PAYMENT must be PAID IN FULL by Monday May 2nd, 2011 to qualify for the discount.

REFERRAL DISCOUNT

- Refer a team to BWT (contact BWT about the referral), have the team sign up by Monday May 2nd, 2011 and ensure the team pay's in full and you will receive a $50 discount on your team fees. Applies only to NEW TEAMS ONLY who have NOT played in BWT before. Discount will be refunded after the 4th week of the regular season in the form of a cheque to the referral contact once all criteria has been met. Please contact BWT for more information.

TERMS & CONDITIIONS

- Jerseys - 10 Team Jerseys will be provided upon full payment. Team shorts are available at a cost of $300 per team (based on a minimum order of 10). All players must wear their current season BWT jersey to play in any game (regular season, playoffs or finals)

- It is the responsibility of the captain(s)/players/team to READ the league rules in advance of signing up. No compensation or refunds will be made for failure to read the league rules. If you have questions, please ask before you sign up.

REFUNDS

- There are NO REFUNDS on the Registration Deadline or once it has passed and NO REFUNDS on non-refundable deposits.

INDIVIDUAL FEES: $200 + HST = $226.00 per person + completed Registration Form and completed Online Form by the League Registration Deadline

INDIVIDUAL FEES: $215 + HST = $242.955 per person + completed Registration Form and completed Online Form by the League Registration Deadline

Please note that when an individual signs up, the league convenor will see if a player can be added to a team within the league or on the individual’s team.  Only fully paid players with a complete registration form and waiver will be considered to fill a team spot. 

No Guarantees of a Spot. Each fully registered and paid individual player will be held on a waiting list to see if a full team can be formed. No confirmation of divisions, game days, game times can be confirmed until after the Registration Deadline and once a spot has been found. Once confirmed, you will be notified of the team you will be playing for, the time of your first game and a jersey will be provided at the first game. 

REFUNDS:

• Refunds before the Registration Deadline: Any player that has paid and can no longer play in the league and notifies BWT in advance of the day of the Registration Deadline, will be subject to a $25 Non-Refundable Admin Fee. The remaining fees will be refunded at BWT's earliest convenience.
• Refunds on the Registration Deadline: There are NO REFUNDS on the Registration Deadline Date
• Refunds after the Registration Deadline: The are NO REFUNDS after the Registration Deadline.
• Refunds - IF WE CANNOT FIND A TEAM FOR YOU:  If BWT is unable to find a team / build an individual's team to play on, you will be refunded the registration fees.

Please Note: Any payment received by cheque and the cheque is determined to be NSF will be charged a $50.00 NSF Fee by BWT and must pay the full amount as well as the $50.00 NSF fee 10 days before the event start date or the registration will become null and void.

CREDIT CARD - Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Please Note - A non-refundable 5% service charge will be charged for all payments via credit card.
