STEP 1. To REGISTER A TEAM - Complete a TEAM REGISTRATION FORM
STEP 2. SUBMIT A $250 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to reserve a spot for your team in a division.
STEP 3. Fill out the PLAYER WAIVER/REGISTRATION FORM: All players including the captain must complete and submit the player form before the game. (Manual copies will be made available at the game, but we ask all players to do this in advance of the day of their first game).
STEP 4. SUBMIT A MINIMUM OF $750 by the Registration Deadline to confirm your teams registration.
OR
STEP 1. To REGISTER AS AN INDIVIDUAL - Complete the INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION/WAIVER FORM as well as SUBMIT A FULL PAYMENT by the registration deadline to confirm your spot.
